Notice and Removal Policy for Nonconsensual Intimate Visual Depictions

Introduction

This policy establishes the procedure for individuals to report and request removal of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions (“NIVDs”), including AI-generated deepfakes, in compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

How to Submit a Removal Request

Any individual (or authorized person acting on behalf of that individual) may submit a removal request by providing:

1. a physical or electronic signature of the identifiable individual (or an authorized person acting on behalf of that individual);
2. an identification of, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate, the intimate visual depiction of the identifiable individual;
3. a brief statement that the identifiable individual has a good faith belief that any intimate visual depiction is not consensual, including any relevant information for us to determine the intimate visual depiction was published without the consent of the identifiable individual; and
4. information sufficient to enable us to contact the identifiable individual (or an authorized person acting on behalf of that individual).

Processing Timeline

We will:

• Remove the reported NIVD within 48 hours pf receiving a complete and valid request; and
• Make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies.

We maintain a clear and conspicuous link to this policy on all pages where user-generated content may appear.

No Liability for Good-Faith Removal

We are not liable for removing or disabling access to reported NIVDs when done in good faith.
